The Destination

Welcome to Jackson Hole
Jackson or Jackson Hole? Most people wonder what’s the difference. Jackson Hole refers to a 48-mile-long valley surrounded by jagged mountain peaks and includes the towns of Jackson, Kelly, Moose, Moran, Wilson, and Teton Village. Known to early settlers as Jackson’s Hole, the area has been renowned since its discovery in the early 1800s for its incredible natural beauty and abundance of wildlife.
Jackson
Just 20 minutes from Teton Village, the town of Jackson—referred to as “Town” by locals—is brimming with history and charm. From the iconic antler arches in the Town Square to the infamous Million Dollar Cowboy Bar and an array of shops and restaurants, there’s so much to explore. Jackson is also home to Snow King, aka “The Town Hill,” which is rumored to boast the steepest ski slope in North America.

Teton Village
Known to locals as “The Village,” Teton Village is where all the wedding weekend events will take place. Nestled at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Teton Village is our favorite ski town in the world. Whether it’s skiing through fresh powder in the winter or hiking the stunning trails in the summer, The Village has it all. For a detailed summer day itinerary, visit Our Perfect Day.
What to Pack

Be sure to pack for two seasons! The weather in July can range from low 40s in the morning to the high 80s in the afternoon. Layers are encouraged. All wedding events will take place outdoors. We recommend avoiding narrow heels for your comfort.
